What you're buying
KindWords is an online writing service. For a one-time payment, you receive written memorial text, generated with AI from the details you provide, shown to you on our website immediately after payment.
- Essentials ($29): obituary, short newspaper notice, eulogy, and social media announcement.
- Complete ($49): everything in Essentials, plus memorial program text, a prayer or memorial card verse, five thank-you card messages, and slideshow captions.
Each purchase includes up to three drafts (the first draft plus two rewrites). There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
Please review before you use it
The writing is based only on the details you give us. Please read everything carefully and check names, dates and service details before publishing, printing or reading it aloud. You are responsible for the final text you use. KindWords is not a funeral home and does not publish obituaries in newspapers or online.
Refund policy
If the writing doesn't work for you, email kindwordstribute@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. Please include the email address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
Ownership
You may use, edit, print and share the writing you receive however you wish.
Acceptable use
Please use KindWords only to write about real people with the family's knowledge, or for your own planning. Don't use it to create false or misleading death notices.
